We've also increased the damage multiplier of it to compensate for the changes. By default it now targets a single Frozen enemy, removing the condition and dealing damage to them. We felt it was too niche, complicated, and required too much set up. Reworked the Icebinder's Frost Burst ability and upgrades. Due to the above change, Judgment's Vengeance upgrade now increases damage by 15% per stack of Radiance, down from 25%
